Emilie Maynor is a Health and Wellness Coach based in Birmingham, AL, she is a yoga teacher and owner of Emilie Maynor Living. She gives such a wonderful story of how yoga brought her out of a life of chaos into stillness and health. She has also lead me in a Chocolate Meditation during my 200hr YTT, that was AHMAZING!
